THE SERVICE

Zeroed provides AI-powered shot group analysis for firearm training purposes. The service analyzes images of paper targets and returns metrics including shot placement, grouping statistics, and a performance score. Analysis results are estimates based on computer vision and are not guaranteed to be perfectly accurate. The model is actively being improved.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use Zeroed only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload images that are not of paper shooting targets, or that contain illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through social features
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property of others
• Use automated tools to interact with the service without permission

YOUR CONTENT

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading to Zeroed, you grant us a limited license to store and process those images to provide the service. We will not use your images for any other purpose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any images you submit.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Zeroed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, that analysis results will be accurate, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. Shot analysis is for training reference only and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeroed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 if no payment has been made.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Zeroed after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
