Zeroed ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you create an account, we collect your username and email address. When you upload a target session, we collect the image you submit along with the session parameters you provide (paper dimensions, shooting distance). We also store the analysis results generated from your session including your performance score, shot coordinates, and generated plots.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used solely to provide the Zeroed service — to show you your session history, track your progress over time, and enable social features like squads and leaderboards. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your data with anyone outside of the service providers listed below.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use the following third-party services to operate Zeroed. Each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• Railway — application hosting and PostgreSQL database hosting. Your account data and session analysis results are stored on Railway infrastructure.
• Cloudinary — image storage. Your uploaded target images and annotated result images are stored on Cloudinary's servers.
• Hugging Face — the YOLO shot detection model used to analyze your images is hosted on Hugging Face. Images are processed locally on our server and are not sent to Hugging Face.
• Gmail (Google) — transactional emails such as password resets and welcome messages are sent via Gmail SMTP.

DATA RETENTION

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your sessions, images, and personal information are permanently deleted from our systems. Cloudinary images are also deleted at the time of account deletion. Note that Cloudinary may retain deleted assets in their backup systems for a short period per their own data retention policy.

ACCOUNT PRIVACY

By default, your profile and sessions are visible to other Zeroed users. You can set your account to private in your profile settings, which will hide your sessions and profile from users outside your squad. Your email address is never shown publicly.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your email address and password from the Settings page. You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page. If you have questions about your data, contact us at zeroedanalytics@gmail.com.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Zeroed is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Zeroed after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
